Here’s your daily bonus:

You can add an extra burn bonus workout after your main training. I suggest the Legs Like a Dancer #1  or Legs Like a Dancer #2 or #3, 3-4 times a week if you want to see really great muscle tone in your legs and glutes. You can also add any workout from the Stretch & Tone series to your daily training. In the video from one of the previous weeks I explain why is it not a good idea to do 2 high intensity workouts a day and why I encourage you to choose an easy pace workout as your second workout of the day.

Workout Programs for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here’s a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program – If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

    I forgot to mention that I also thought the sneak preview of the moves from the upcoming workouts was cool. I think I saw chaturanga slide jacks?!?! 😱

    Love the coffee talk, thank you Zuzka! We missed you:) I can’t do any caffeine at all, so we make water kefir, which is basically like kombucha but without the tea. Lots of good probiotics and we make it fizzy by putting just a teeny bit of fruit juice (like a splash) for the second fermentation. Just make sure to burp the bottles because otherwise it explodes! Which we found out the hard way (still finding stray sticky drips on the walls in very obscure places). It’s pretty easy to ferment, too…you can leave it for several days, sometimes I’ll leave it in the first fermentation for a week, so not as much work as making milk kefir.

    i tried Kombucha recently and i was like surely this is got to be not that good for you because it tastes amazing!! lol, i think it taste a bit like elderfower? and yes i will be putting it in a bit of red sounds much tastier!!, i love this weeks schedule and i really been seeing a difference in the tone of my legs, i have a bit of stretch marks at the top of my thighs the legs like a dancer series is definitely filling them out and not in a big way! i really really love zgym its my happy place i dont have much friends and i am not a weirdo well maybe i am haha so i love the communication you have with us always pointing us in the right direction and inspiring us Thank You so much Z xoxoxo

    A great and motivating coffee talk and weekly schedule! Thank you so much, Zuzka. I just loved everything you said about your favorite drinks, I’m going to add the ones I don’t include regularly in my diet. I personally love herbal tea, hot and cold, every single day + red tea every morning.

    Question: the holy basil + parsley infused water is cold? Or do you use hot water? I didn’t get that…

    Looking forward for your new sports clothes line!!! 🙂

    I’m going to pick up some tea today and see if I can find holy basil. I have tons of parsley from my herb garden so I’m excit d to try infusing it. I love parsley.

    That top 😍😍😍😍 I can’t wait. It is 110% my style..it looks like something I would have designed myself. It’s gorgeous. 😁

    Thank you so much for admitting you drink wine. I love relaxing at the end of the day with a glass of red wine but occasionally feel guilty about drinking it. Tonight’s glass will be enjoyed guilt free and include a toast to Zuzka.

    Yay I’m so glad you’re doing your coffee talks again!! One thing I love about your health and nutrition advice is that you try to get all the benefits from the natural source itself, instead of buying a ton of supplements as substitutions. Your amazing, thank you 🙂

      I really don’t know how to help you with this. You have to do some search in your area. I buy my plants in Orchard – a hardware store that has a pretty good garden section.
