I’m posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.

Workout Programs for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here’s a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program – If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

    Dear Amy, I can’t imagine what you are going through. It takes toughness and grit to handle your situation and Zuzka! 🙂 I am learning that continuing to take care of myself during stressful times actually helps maintain my sanity. If I don’t, I feel worse. My prayers are with during this difficult time.

    Oh wow you guys! I have no words!!! I’m freaking out! Omg zuzka said my name!! Thank you all so much for your kind words. It’s just been so crazy. Especially with 4 kids(16, 13, 7, 3) and no family in town! But our neighbors were so kind and let my circus of people stay with them for the last 4 nights. We finally got a rental home and are getting situated there. It has a giant mirror in front of a huge workout space! Just sitting there waiting for me to sweat all over it! 😂 The house was struck by lightening and thankfully we were out to dinner. A neighbor kicked in our door, heard my kitty crying so found him and got him out. So thankful we are all safe!       Hello Amy, I wish you and your family the very best. It sounds as if you were all very lucky, not only that, you seem to have a healthy outlook on the situation. With that in mind I can only say, through tragedy that which we have lost can we find a new beginning. And I hope that you and your family can begin on a positive note. Yes do go and sweat all over your mirror, you’ll be better for it. Again I wish you and your family the very best.

      Oh wow sorry to hear that Amy. You’re definitely an inspiration I’m out in Cali dealing with the heat and I love the sun yet being Calcium and Iron deficient it’s been lazy days here and there. I definitely appreciate the comfort when seeing the losses in other states so I’m humble and I definitely need to get back to working out. As Zuzka said keeping you in mind definitely is motivation.
      Happy to hear you guys were all out for dinner and since I’m an animal lover and I have my kitties glad your neighbor came to save him/her.

    Hey Amy! As a long time Z member as well I had to laugh at your sense of humor about Z saying your name! LOL! Pretty cool : ). On a more serious note…You have a beautiful family and I’m glad you guys were gone when it happened and that everyone including your cat is safe! I’m floored by your dedication especially at such a trying time that you are going through. Social media can be a wonderful place for support and connection if we let it. Because of you and your situation we can all benefit and find the positive in the chaos. It’s always the darkest before the light. Much love to you and your family!

    Amy, you are a badass warrior, I can sense you are so brave and positive person! Keep it up girl, fitness is an amazing thing, it can take us through roug times and lift us up mentally so much. I can’t even imagine how hard it must be for you all, but you are all safe and healthy so that is what matters the most in the end! Let’s smash this week guys again! 😉

    Friends-please keep praying for us. We finally finished up everything we had to do with the house today and immediately started gathering food and the belongings we have left to evacuate Florida bc of this hurricane. If I had time to cry I would. But I just finished my workout and need to shower and get to bed so we can hit the road early in the morning.

      Oh no, I didn’t even notice that you’re in Florida, on top of it all! 🙁 I’m glad you’re getting out of there! We’re supposed to be feeling effects of it all the way up here in North Georgia, Monday overnight, which has me apprehensive. I just can’t imagine! I’ll definitely keep y’all in my prayers!!     Amy!! I truly wish you and your family all the best 💗💗 I can’t even imagine what you are going through. I wish I could have dedicated my week to you, but I took a pretty bad fall this past Saturday. Smashed my face, almost broke my elbow and bruised up my knee. I decided to take the week off. Today was going to be my first day back but I think I’ll wait until tomorrow’s stretch and tone to ease back into things. Feels so odd not working with Z and you all!!
