Workout Programs for Beginners
If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Sending you all our love and support Amy! Working out is a great positive way to help you cope with this difficult time. What a great example you are for your kids, teaching them that there are productive ways to deal with something that has had such an impact in your lives.
Something like this can be very overwhelming and my advice to you would be to take small manageable steps toward getting back on your feet. Lean on the support of friends and family, people love to help and you should allow them this blessing. As the road goes further, things will become clearer. I have no doubt that when all is said and done, you guys will have rebuilt bigger, better and stronger than you had before!

Amy you are in my thoughts. I’m so sorry you are going through this difficult time but you are a strong individual and even stronger mother to show your children that through this tragic incident you still need to keep going and take care of yourself. I’ve never lost a home to a disaster but I have lost a home and it is a devastating clamp on your heart. To just want to go home..and it’s not there to go to.
I will do a bonus set of reverse burpees for you and all those who have lost their homes with each workout this week 💪💜 stay strong.
