Workout Programs for Beginners
If you're a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!
Here's a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program - If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

I like the new layout of the weekly schedule. The icons are lovely.
But may I ask you please to open the other days to use and open the videos. I have a different time than you guys in US. I need to do the workouts earlier than you. As I understood the new workouts was closed but now I can not even open older videos when I try to play out of the schedule. You are really famous also in other countries. I would really ask for availability of the videos out of the schedule. I hope you can understand by point.

Merry Xmas, hope you guys had better time than me (it is a dreaded day for me, and yesterday was really not great) , but now I have 364 days to enjoy, until next time. ( car riding sick 2x 2.5hr ; awful food; sitting all day…had to do some yoga in the bathroom to get moving)
Looking forward to the new weekly schedules and how I will tweak them in my life constraints. Now one week on vacation and will bust my home gym.

This is such a fun and useful way to look at the workout schedule! I have been searching for the last 5 days to find the workout schedule! Not sure how it happened or how I now found this 1 but the last posted workout I found was 12/20. Any ideas what happened? Is this an issue with others too? I was able to get links to the workouts in the latest comments. Thanks for any help! Excited to have the new format if I can find the schedule! Merry Xmas!
