Workout Programs for Beginners
If you're a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Merry Christmas everyone. Been loving these workouts. They have been keeping me on my fitness toes. Love the changes to the site. I like to look ahead and plan. Sometimes I am travelling from the city to the country and I can look ahead for the week and know what equipment I may need to take with me. Excellent addition! Thank you.

Just wanted you to know how much I appreciate this site. it is the best money i spend every month. Working out with you daily keeps me sane and I mean that literally. Life is crazy and I love not having to think about my fitness – you do it for me and keep me in the best shape at 42 yo! I am so much stronger than I ever was. Strong is the New sexy – as they say. I remember watching you on youtube and body rock back in the days and you have really built this site into something truly great. So classy and full of good info. I know I can trust you and that means so much in this world of take, take ,take. The community here is very supportive as well. New years is a time for reflection and I just wanted you to know how much this place means to me as a haven I come to everyday! Love you!

Hey! Filtering by levels is great really. However I’d add “All” button too – means no filters at all. It’s a little bit annoying to switch all the time planning couple of days ahead (especially from cell-phone). + that would be great to have working links to the workouts which are already in ZGym for whole week (like it was before) rather that for today. Again it would be much faster to plan 2-3 days ahead. Of course, I can find any workout by name in Z-Gym, it just the matter of convenience. Usually I don’t take the week as it is, because depending on my schedule I train outdoor, at home, in gym. The place dictates the type of workout i.e. I can’t jump in my apartments (my neighbors downstairs would kill me )) ) , outdoor means no weight. So I recombine week workouts to fit into my schedule. That’s why having the links to existing workouts and ability do not apply filters at all would be real pleasure.
Speaking of filters, I’d also add ability to combine them. For instance, I’m not interested in Beginner at all, but I do play with Advanced and Intermediate levels. So imagine I can pick two levels and observe the whole picture interested me. Sounds handy to me.
If I sound annoying – sorry, it’s a footprint of profession – i’m a software developer myself ).

I second your comments- I use the schedule just like you- not in the same order and I aim to do the intermediate / advanced workouts. So would be good to have option to see on one page and have working links for existing workouts. Also as in the UK, it would be great to have the next week’s schedule available a couple of hours earlier ….Thanks Z
