Here's the entire list of my EXERCISE EQUIPMENT
Workout Programs for Beginners
If you're a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!
Here's a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program - If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

O-M-G…that’s the way I feel after today workouts. Summer shred 6 (accidentally I’m one SS ahead;)) + cardio shred 9 and I’m dead.
Did not even expect this cause the second one is for intermediate and it’s not marked with X…but it was so so X 🙂 these goblet squats was so brutal… But now I feel great though 🙂
thanks Zuzka

Hi Z gym members,
Does anyone have any good suggestions for an all natural/organic high protein, low carb, protein bar you can buy at the grocery store that is actually healthy for you? Thanks in advance for your suggestions, and I hope you all have a happy new year! 🙂

My favorites are Oatmega and RxBar. Neither are low carb, but they don’t use artificial sweeteners (which make me feel ill and raise my blood sugar anyway). Oatmega is fairly low in sugar. Quest bars are marketed as low carb, but since they use oligosaccharides as sweeteners, they have different effects on your blood sugar depending on your metabolism, and I get the exact sugar high and crash that I get from a Snickers bar, so I avoid them! They work for some people though, might it be worth giving it a try. I’ve started making my own protein bars out of cooked or canned chickpeas, whey protein, a little bit of oats, small amount of maple syrup and dark chocolate. They taste awesome and I have control over the nutritional profile.

That’s an interesting recipe. How long do they keep in the fridge?

Not sure because they’ve never lasted more than a few days since I gobble them up! 😮 :-p

I was so disappointed to wake up and not see a new workout schedule! I didn’t see Zuzka post anything about not having a New Year’s workout.

No, she did. Click on the “Schedule” symbol with the picture of the calendar at the bottom of your computer screen (not sure how it looks on a phone), and then click “View the full schedule posting for more details.” When in doubt, you can always find the correct schedule. Zuzka is a human like all of us, and she has a tech team, and I don’t expect all of them to be perfect during the holidays. The new year started on Monday today…..cutting her some slack here.

Thank you for your response. I do see the schedule is now posted, but it was not available by that link until later today because I checked it several times this morning, as well as all posts in the schedule category. I look forward to starting it tomorrow. I am very grateful to Zuzka for her amazing workouts and of course the culture of camaraderie here at Zgym. My comment was meant to reflect that Zuzka is a professional, and thus she usually lets us know if there is going to be a delay in the schedule. I’m not going anywhere and I’m sure neither are any of her other subscribers.

The site seems a little mixed up right now but if you search “week of January 1st” in the search the new schedule page is there.

Happy New Year Zuzka, and all of the z warriors out there !! Zuzka thanks for the pep talk, you are so right, working out is definitely a habit for me now, and you said my favorite saying, I tell my husband all the time, that not working out is not an option, take the option out and just do it!! I have lived by that mantra since joining zgym 1 1/2 years ago. Looking forward to a great new year and every bit of pain and suffering you have in store for us!!🤩
