Weekly Workout Schedule - The Week of September 18th

The new #zgymchallenge starts tomorrow on Instagram. Winner will be announced next Monday (at my discretion) and will be able to choose between 8 months ZGYM membership or Z-Shred Meal Plan which comes with 2 months ZGYM membership. Post at least 5 videos – one a day between now and Sunday.

Workout Programs for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here’s a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program – If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

    Hi! I workout every day with you and I really love that! But I’ve got a surgery so since I have to take rest and can’t do any workout for 6 weeks (I’m on week 5) and any intense or brutal workout during 3 months.. I think I Will going crazy without my daily workout with you but I still watch the videos.
    Have you such ideas for a progressive back to exercise with your programs?

      Hi 🙂 I’m sorry you will have to take a little break. I would suggest you to do the easiest workouts I have – the Bunny Slope Program because it’s very gentle and it will keep you moving throughout your recovery. Give it a try, but be careful, and don’t do anything that can hurt you – I don’t know what operation you had and how much you have to be careful so just make sure that you listen to your body and your doctor 🙂

        Thank you for your answer Zuzka.
        I’m honest so I Can tell you I have a breast augmentation surgery (under muscle “dual plan” method). I know you’ve got one in the past and that you wouldn’t do it again actually but anybody got it’s own complex and I know you understand that.
        Can I ask you on your personnal experience? Can you tell me if I Can hope to go back to my entire intense Zgym routine after my total recovery? Or should I think that I can’t do any push up anymore?
        If anyone else want speak about this topic you’re welcome.

          Actually, I went through a period of doubt and regret and now I’m totally glad I have boobs and everything’s fine and I’m healthy. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t get back to intense training after complete recovery. Am I not doing push ups and other intense exercises? 🙂

    Well I hope you’re happy zuzka. I had dreams ALL night about finding alternate equipment I could use for the challenge 😂 Haha. But I have some fun ideas 😁😜
