About the workout schedule

I’m posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.

Workout Programs for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here’s a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program – If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

    Thank you Zuzka for the inspiration and reminder, you are so right about really being aware of what we eat, I think many of us keep it clean with nutrition but often during stress moments or too much going on in life we fall into that stress bingeing or eating and that’s something I personally struggle with. All day it’s on point and then at night something triggers and you reach for that treat,,, then feel guilty 🙁 I need to hide my sons little treats in the garage so I don’t eat them lol…

    The weekly workouts are fantastic and love the new workouts you bring each week, I’m also enjoying the fit slide on Thursdays, love the stretch and tone days and yay for the next 300 rep challenge :)!

    Can’t wait for the 2nd 300 killer workout! Thanks for the motivating world about diet, I’m getting more and more conscious about making good decisions when it comes to eat, except when dining out, I found it really hard to send food away (asking for doggie bag not always an option) and so I end up eating everything even when I know I already had enough 🙁

    I love your pep talks at the beginning of each week! What wonderful reminders!

    I’m looking forward to the new 300 rep workout…I LOVED the last one! And I had such a blast with the challenge last week! I hope you keep doing a variety of those, now and then! I feel like it gives that extra “mix it up” sort of feel that puts in a little extra excitement and variety! It’s great to know others are here in the zgym as we see each other in the comments…but there’s that extra “in it together” seeing everyone take part in the Instagram challenges! What fun!! 🙂
