I don’t have a video for you this week, but I do have something for you to think about. What kind of workouts/training methods would you like to see in the ZGYM in 2018? What type of equipment would you like to see more or is there any that we haven’t used yet? What is it that you’d want to work on, and improve in terms of your fitness and well being in this upcoming year? Let me know in the comments below, and I hope you guys will have a wonderful week. Workout Programs for Beginners
If you're a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!
Here's a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program - If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

Training methods: Re-introduce cardio shred series!!! I miss these workouts so much
Equipment: I have a TRX and i have no idea how to use it in a way thats not your typically boring TRX workouts. Incorporating your training style with the TRX sounds amazing! Also stretching would be interesting to do with the TRX
Goals: I really really really need to work on my glutes. I think i might have to get a heavier KB because the 44lb weight isnt doing it for me. My lower back is very weak – i get a lot of lower back pain when i do kb swings or pendulums – and i think its because of weak glute muscles. Also, I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to get to the same leanness as you are but i am finding it very difficult for some reason. My appetite is just extremely hard to control regardless of the protein and fiber content of my food as well as the lack of sugar in my diet. Heres to another year of trying to get a six pack 😀 hopefully i actually stick to it this time.

I was just thinking the same! TRX workouts would be super! I also have one and never use it. It is so versatile, and I know it could also be used for more Pilates like exercises, which would be a nice addition to stretch and tone as well.

I would love to see more sandbag exercises (so versatile), but also love bodyweight, simply b/c of travelling it is easier to have a good choice of Workouts.
I definitely want to improve my stretching and will work on that. Erm…yeah…and snacking sweets needs to be cut down- before xmas, there is so many stuff around from the kids that i had a hard time.

my sandbag is taking dust, but I love to take it on vacation (empty) and fill it with sand or pebbles when I get there.

Kettlebell!! 15-20 Min Long workouts for entire body.. plus core? 3 Min daily abs-routine for example? I have to get my Handstands done within 2018!

I really have to practice pull ups, because im not so strong to do one pull up, so maybe short workouts for really beginners in pull ups ? and also some kind of yoga workouts (i really miss kind of calming or relaxing yoga, because now in schedule is stretch & tone cardio and it is also little bit harder than some relaxing poses and meditation).
and i´d like to see more beauty tips (its very important to care about yourself) and i like tips like hot towel scrub :))

15-20 min flexibility workouts, short and on the point which can be added to daily training would be great. Also more fit slide and fit slide JR I’ve missed those!
Maybe new lifted butt and killer legs? I had really good results while doing it regularly. Thanks for everything!

1. TRX sound very exciting for me. I think this equipment quite affordable and could be used in every appartment.
2. New Upper body series. I still have a goal to improve my chin ups and pull ups.
3. To keep series of Legs Like a Dance. I like these long Ballet Inspired workouts.
4. Something connected with Yoga. I am very excited about difficult poses from yogees.

I Would like to See more But Work outs and exercises for ABS, because Those Are My “Problems zones”. Otherwhise im totally happy with zgym and i’m looking forward to 2018 and My Training with Zu 🙂 <3

More WOs like:
– Heartbreaker body
– Bodyweight HIIT
– Abs focused 15 min slide type
2 equipment exercises, for example:
– Pull up bar with powerband
– Swiss ball with DBS
Other types of stretching and corrective measures, for example:
– stretch and correct rounded shoulders
– healthy sleeping positions
And of course what we’ve been doing so far 😊😊
