Workout Programs for Beginners
If you're a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!
Here's a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program - If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

I would like to see more workout using sliders, I really love those. 🙂 Or power bands. 🙂 And it would be also great if you could continue with the Heartbreaker Body and Jump Rope Cardio Fit Slide, these are two of my most favourite series, so it would be nice to have more workouts. 🙂 But I think I will pretty much love anything you’ll come up with. 😉
Anyway, thank you for everything you are doing for us, Zuzka, you cannot even imagine how much you’ve changed my life for better and how much working out with you helped me when I was at my lowest. You are the best trainer in the world. Have the most beautiful Christmas! xoxo ♥

I like short quiet workouts with kettlebells. I have to workout at 5am without waking up the rest of the family, so short&quiet are the ones I go to.

I would love to see more Heartbreaker Body workouts, because it’s my most favourite series in the Zgym.
And also some quiet workouts, because I’m doing workouts very early in the morning.
Thank you, Zuzko! 🙂 :-*

Hi, Zuzka.. TRX and BOSU workouts could be cool. As well as the resistance bands with handles …not the rubber ones and any workouts for muscle gain upper and lower body ! Thank you always

Hi Zuzka,
About equipment. I’d love to see your series using
1) Therabands. You can create a lot of fun exercises for upper and lower body with your imagination. These exercises can be very helpful for the health of upper back, shoulders and glutes and also highly improve posture.
2) Magic circles. This kind of equipment allows do a lot of of exercises and can be utilized in Stretching, Strengthening and Legs like a Dancer Series which btw is my favorite Series at the moment together with Stretch & Tone and Power Yoga. Please keep Legs like a Dancer Series on and thank you very much for this series.
3) Ankle weights which are known as good equipment for developing a big range of motion, cardio stamina and strength.
Thank you for asking. You are the best.

My favorite workouts are with jump rope/ HIIT style. Love abs but almost all zgym workouts target abs which is why I love them! Love using kettlebells & sliders and really raising heart rate! But I’ve promised myself this new year I would really focus on stretching & flexibility too. Something I should have but didn’t make time for after my daily workouts in the past. So I have been doing your stretch & tone & dancer legs! I’d love more HIIT with jump rope & kettlebell, sliders ❤️❤️ I mostly love everything so thank you for all you’ve done🙂

I’d like to comment along with Marissa. Even if I’m super sore I can always manage to do JR HIIT. I don’t enjoy the sliders tho. I’ve noticed my upper body has gotten very weak and I’m thinking its because we aren’t doing burpees like we used to. They used to be a staple. I love/hate them because they make me feel super strong. However you keep everything fresh with tons of info and recipes & love pretty much any thing you do. I’m very grateful for your dedication.

Muscular strength, balance, and flexibility are the areas important to me. I have made good progress in those areas since joining ZGym & want continued improvements. I have a fondness for working on my upper body and grip strength (due to my new fun activity which requires it). I would say balance is my weakest point (I thought it was good until I tried a slack line, which showed me that my balance needs work).
My home equipment includes a full weight set (bars and plates), dumbbells, kettlebells, BOSU trainer, exercise ball, jump ropes, sandbag, sliders, exercise bands & pull up assist bands, dip station, closet rod in doorway as a pull-up bar, fingerboard, hanging rings and loose rings, and yoga blocks. I am happy to use any of these things in workouts, and I love body weight workouts too. My husband hates it when I jump rope indoors, though. So I usually only do that in the warmer months. I also enjoy incorporating some martial arts moves into the workouts.
Anyway, I am sure the ZGym will be awesome in 2018 & the massive library of workouts is there if I want something else on any given day. 🙂
