Workout Programs for Beginners
If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Looks like a great week! I’m going to do the ‘no equipment’ needed wo today, my house is too crazy at the moment with my kids so I just want to lock myself in my bedroom and get my workout done in peace 😂 And I think I’ll add KB swings each day (maybe 100?) as my bonus. Hi Zuzka! I’ve been following for a few months now and the results are incredible!! I am new in ZGym and I need your advice, because I am located in Greece and I like to work out in the morning. However due to the different timezone I cannot have your workouts at that time. Could you fix that based on timezone?? Thank you very much!

Hi Evangelia, I am also in different time zone and I love to workout in the morning so I am doing workouts one day after Zuzka… which works great!! Always watching my workout in the evening, day before I actually doing it. Hope this help.
