You can add an extra burn bonus workout after your main training. I suggest the Legs Like a Dancer #1 or Legs Like a Dancer #2, 3-4 times a week if you want to see really great muscle tone in your legs and glutes. You can also add any workout from the Stretch & Tone series to your daily training. In the video from one of the previous weeks I explain why is it not a good idea to do 2 high intensity workouts a day and why I encourage you to choose an easy pace workout as your second workout of the day.

Workout Programs for Beginners
If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

I really need to pick myself up. My hamstring injury has been lasting for many weeks ,hindering my progression and hairloss had me depressed this week-end: if only I knew the right thing to do. I know there is worse out there and shouldn’t complain. I should stick to a plan (Hair Equilibrium) and take it one day at a time.

Hi Laila, just read your post and wondering if you don’t know where your hair loss comes from. There can be so many reasons, stress, hormonal issues, etc. Hope you find out and just wanted to send you some love and feel better vibes. And with the injury you are not alone. I have an injury on my right shoulder for month already and have to modify some of the workouts. I guess it is not as easy with the hammies. Hang in there anyway! Sometimes it is also a way of our body to tell us to take a break or take things easier. all my best. stefanie

thanks Stefanie, no I don’t know what is the cause of hairloss and therefore it is hard to fix. I am starting the Hair Equilibrium program , so we’ll see what that brings. This is typically at least 4-6 months before we can say it works or not.

Ooh what an exciting week! I don’t know if I missed it …but when does the challenge start (today or tomorrow) and how many days do we have to do? And on each post we say something we like about zgym? lol I’ll watch the video again but looking for clarification.

OOOOO! A new challenge!!! I was just thinking about that yesterday and wondering if there’d be another one, soon! 🙂 What fun!!! Whew, pushups are tough for me — I wouldn’t say I’m a beginner when it comes to them, but I’m CERTAINLY not advanced. It’s going to be my next focus after I’ve gotten where I want to be with my pullups! This will be fun to get creative!!!

Hi Zuzka! I started working out with you in the Zgym since the beginning of October and I absolutely love it! One thing though, I usually washed my hair every 3 days and they were fine but now that I sweat every day they become greasy really fast and I feel like I have to wash them every day or two. Do you have tips and tricks on how not to wash them that often? 🙂 Thank you very much!

You can try dry shampoo spray. I have this in case my hair needs a quick touch up:)

I have long hair and yes it’s an issue! Pre-kids i’d just wash my hair every day. Now Batiste dry shampoo is my friend! Other times I just wash and dry the front section of my hair to save time, as the back isn’t affected when I work out.

I’m working on an exercise bra, shorts, capris and long yoga pants with leg warmers. I wish I had the answer as to when it’s going to be available. We just finished the design and samples for the first two items. The last two are still to be approved. I’m hoping we’ll have it in the store before the Holidays.

I had a day off from work, so I figured it was perfect time to go ahead and post my instagram video! …AND since it’s Halloween, why not do it dressed up? (Well KIND of dressed up.
