Workout Programs for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here’s a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program – If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

    I’m sorry for being a dummy but I’m not on instagram. I am confused as to how creating an instagram account for zgym specifically and making it “public” can protect your privacy? Is it that only zgym members have access to it? Thanks in advance for any explanations!

      I’m fairly new to Instagram, myself, so someone correct me if I’m wrong! 🙂 I think that the main thing about creating a separate account is that it keeps the private life posts out of it. So if you have an account where you post pictures that you share with your family and friends, but don’t want to share that side of your life with strangers, creating a separate workout account will solve that. Though everything you post on the zgym account will be public. I did notice that a lot of zgym members came up with some super-creative ideas for sharing their results without actually sharing pictures of themselves (using pets, shots of a piece of paper with the results, etc.) So that’s an idea, too, if that’s a concern! 🙂

    I am very excited to start the new challenge! i did one of your 300 rep workouts on youtube and that was what convinced me i should definitely make the move to join the zgym and im so gald i did. ive been loving these workouts in the comfort of my own home 🙂

    I absolutely love your energy when you post, that’s what keeps me motivated to keep coming back and that’s why I’ve followed you for years. I still have all of the DVD’s you put out a while back can’t seem to part with them. Excited for the new bodyweight only series!
