I’m posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.

Workout Programs for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here’s a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program – If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

    thanks for having put the hyperlink in all workouts for the schedule. it is a feature I wanted to see for a while. It makes it more user-friendly.
    Looking fwd to the new series 🙂 I guess it will have for time challenges between 15-20 minutes?

    AAAAAA, so much to be excited for!!! The new series sounds awesome!!! Though, we’re expecting power outages today/tomorrow for 48-72 hours (hopefully not longer) from the remainder of the hurricane passing through. 🙁 (My thoughts and prayers are with all the Florida members) So I’ll have to preemptively write down one or two of the OTHER workouts that I can grab if I can’t grab the new one…then save the new one for later in the week (the excitement will be killinnnnnng meeeeee! 😉 )

    And I’ve been looking forward to the new Instagram challenge ever since the last one ended! That last one was so much fun, and I’m so excited to see what this one will be! lol, my instagram account (as it’s a newer one), I think, is going to wind up being a “mostly zgym stuff, but also other stuff thrown in” sort of thing! 😉 I love seeing motivation from other zgym members on there! (Ha ha, my Mom is coming over for a mother/daughter fun day the day it starts — I’ll be sure not to miss it, though!!)

    Hi Everyone, Hi Zuzka.
    We are having hard times here in Mexico due to recent meteorologic events, our brothers and sisters from Oaxaca are the most affected by the earthquake from past week. I’m having trouble to get focused on daily life activities, but really enthusiast from starting a new week that brings new opportunities.
    Zuzka, seeing you smile in the video is kind of comforting.

    Will this Instagram challenge be only available to US residents?
