Thats great thank you Zuzka. I have always felt a little overwhelmed seeing so many different workouts when trying to build a workout secdule. So I have ended up shying away for doing them and just following along with the weekly secdules.

This year my aim is to start having the confidence in creating my own workout secdule. So this will be a great help. I will start on fat loss in this week as I have relaxed a bit too much over the Christmas period. 🙈🙈🙊🙊🥳🥳
