Workout Programs for Beginners
If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

I like that you start the week on Mondays (some countries/calendars start on Sundays). My goals will be to go back to a regular schedule that fits my routine and fitness level. The benchmark challenge “killed” me as I had soreness that took me a week to recuperate ( and note fulling recovered yet) and fell off the wagon. Having Egoscue condition 2 is a pain and as soon as I push some moves in their limits, it triggers tendonitis.

I fully agree, it’s so motivating to have your video starting the week! I love the ZGYM because I never get bored, it always challenges me and I can choose what kind of workout to do each day.
