Workout Programs for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here’s a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program – If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

    New Summer shred! Yippie!! I’m in a process of going through the original summer shred schedule (summer shred workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, Beginner strength on Wednesday, 5 min WO on Friday and postural therapy on Sunday) and currently am in the week 8 out if 10, doing summer shred #15 and 16 this week.. but this is so exciting I might actually follow the weekly schedule for once. Will see tomorrow 🙂 woohoo! Awesome! And a contest would be cool!

    Thank you for posting options for each day depending on fitness level (or mood). By the end of the day when the kid is sleeping, I don’t always have the energy or option of doing a high intensity (noisy) workout. So I really do appreciate it and wanted you to know 🙂 <3

    Hi Scott, all workouts in the workout schedule (days in advance) are available now? This is in the sidebar schedule, not full schedule post.

    Love the other changes to the website, like mini workout icons added to schedule at the top. And the added links to the specific series at the bottom of a workout. Very useful for choosing similar workout.

    Can I also make a request for the future.. A workout search “matrix” would be nice. Like being able to enter a min/max duration, difficulty level, body focus, and equipment, and get all relevant workouts back?

      You are going to like the search capabilities we have coming. 😉 Workouts in the schedule are available as they are finished. New workouts are not available until that day because it takes time to finish the video editing, etc. Workouts that already exist on the site are always available.
