Workout Programs for Beginners
If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts, Jump Rope Cardio, etc.
If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

my hip sockets are too deep-no pistols for me, happy to know this is officially a reality. I listed to dr. McGill on the podcast of Lucas Rockwood about back pain the other day. Western europe people have deeper hip socket, whereas in Asia (and eastern europe…counting Czech republic?) have more shallow sockets.

Ketosis trial , on DietBetaTest this week. Most of information obtained on this program covers what Z approach is. I encourage Warriorz to check it out as it is very educational and is NOT a diet, it looks like complementing quite well Zgym: it is a platform that helps investigate ourselves (which I have been doing for 2 years now) with a community. I am also starting RESTORE intake (no probiotics or enzyme taken at the same time) this summer will be exciting 🙂

good to know. I am on level 1, week 3. I am on vacation and quite difficult to maintain the K-phase. I will probably lengthen to 3 weeks.
How many levels is there?

I think at this time she is going to cap it at level 2 and only allow select few in 3. At that point she is going to start selling with final product but we are grandfathered in…

I am on vacation and it is hard to find and maintain ketosis. I am planning a doc appt when I get back home, I am still loosing hair (from before ketosis) and have not reached the root cause yet. I just wish I could have a functional MD. this is going to be challenging discussion.

Giving it another “level” with Plant Paradox advices, so mainly removing seeds. I advise you have a look at Dr.Gundry’s book and interviews. it is smart, based on research, science and practice with 10000 patients over the last 10 years +

No. I heard she only opened level 3 to certain people. So I am moving on and taking what I have learned about food and myself to find the best approach.

Yup me too no access. I guess Z didn’t open it up yet. Since it is a personal best it was easy to find. I do my workouts early and we are 3 hours ahead of Z so good thing it was available. Hope you got your workout in.
